对于Caesarean，其实大家并不陌生，Caesar——凯撒大帝嘛！怎么跟生孩子挂在一起了?说白了，其实也挺简单，传说凯撒大帝为剖腹产所生，所以人们常用Caesarean，或Caesarean birth，或者Caesarean section来形容“剖腹产”。例如：
It was a difficult birth； she had to have a Caesarean． 因为难产， 她必须得做剖腹产手术。
另外，新闻中的labor常用来形容“分娩”，如a difficult labor（难产）；a natural labor（自然分娩）。或者，我们也可用词组in labor来形容“分娩”，如：
His wife is in labor． 她妻子正在分娩。
