 　　So, you have the perfect job right now. You are able to maintain a good work-life balance and the monetary¹ side of things also looks good.

This is an important factor which will make you realize the importance and help you chalk out a career plan for yourself.

A well laid out career plan will make it easier for you to decide how you want to progress in your career and what steps you have to take to reach your target.
