“短板”英语怎么说

　　Jessica: Hi, Lulu, how's your new job treating you?

　　LL: 唉，还可以吧。不过我觉得同事们都很强势，弄得我不敢说话。这种内向害羞，真是我的短板！

　　Jessica: 短板？

　　LL: 短板就是我的弱点，缺点。哎？这用美语该怎么说呢？

　　LL: 哦，短板在美语中就是 weak point, 或者 shortcoming. I think being shy is my weakest point. I really should be more aggressive¹.
