(单词翻译:单击)

Civil servants are one of the groups that have most acutely1 felt the effects of the anti-corruption measures. As they were used to receiving unofficial benefits to supplement their income, and now most of that is cut off.

A recent survey shows more than 90 percent of civil servants feel less satisfied with their work because of the relatively2 low salary and limited official benefits. Many say they used to receive gifts such as cigarettes, liquors or gift cards before the anti-corruption campaign started.

But in 2013, 79 percent say they did not receive any kind of gifts.while in terms of benefits, 95 percent say none were given out. And add on top of that, for the last five straight years there’s been no salary rise for civil servants.
