　　Ijust want them to give you a fair shake.

　　我只希望他们能一视同仁。

　　give somebody a f air shake 直译过来就是“给某人一个公平的摇晃”，这个短语的真正意思是：“对……一视同仁”。因此当美国人说:"I just want them to give you a fair shake."时，他要表达的意思就是："I just want them to treat everyone equally¹."、"I just wish you were treated on equal terms with others."。

　　Lenna: It is said that the other candidate² is the boss's niece. I'm afraid I will fail again.
