Each year, this is the time hundreds of thousands of soon to be college graduates begin their hunt for a dream job. Job fairs are held in quick succession1 and many kinds of jobs are offered. But for most graduates, the market just doesn’t satisfy their dreams and aspirations2

For more analysis, joining us now is Wang Ke, a researcher at higher education consulting firm, MyCOS.

Q1. As we’ve just mentioned, last year BA graduates have worse employment rates than people with lower-level diplomas and postgraduate3 degrees. So what causes that - the allocation of educational resources or the orientation4 of colleges?

Q2. Experts continue stressing it is "elitist" attitudes that block college graduates from getting jobs. But students are taught to have that attitude, starting in primary school, sometimes even kindergarten. What’s the answer to that?
