According to a PLA statement released Monday, no aircraft will be allowed to enter the airspace of the drill without permission. The statement added that Chinese authorities have informed Myanmar of the drill and an end date will be announced later.

Meanwhile, China's Foreign Ministry⁸ spokesperson Hua Chunying called in a press conference for peace and tranquility along the border.
