Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei set to talk cooperation in economic, financial and international affairs with his Japanese counterpart² Taro³ Aso. 

The talks have been put on hold the past two years due to sour relations between the countries. The last round of dialogue was held in Tokyo in April 2012.
