　　Apple has not offered an official explanation, but Apple customer service workers admitted that they have received many inquiries¹ about the issue.

　　Some also complained about their iPhones shutting down when they tried to take photos. They were forced to charge the phone in order to turn it back on.

　　Apple has not yet provided a solution to this problem. They may be waiting because they haven't yet figured out the root of the issue, speculated Wang Yanhui, chief secretary of the Chinese Mobile Union.

　　目前苹果公司还没有就这个问题给出解决办法。据手机中国联盟秘书长王艳辉推测，苹果目前按兵不动是因为他们没有找到问题的根源。

　　An Apple customer service representative said the automatic shutdown may be related to the phone's temperature, operation or battery life. Some users have also cited failure to upgrade the operating system as a factor.

　　据苹果一名客服代表表示，自动关机也许和手机的温度、操作、以及电池寿命有关。一些用户还认为未能升级手机操作系统也是原因。

　　Wang added that the iPhone is more sensitive to temperature than other mobile phones. The representative suggested a phone case to help avoid shutdowns caused by low temperatures.

　　据王艳辉表示，iPhone要比其他手机对温度更为敏感。而苹果客服代表则建议，使用手机套可以避免因低温造成的手机关机。

　　Other recommendations from Apple employees include checking the status of each app and paying attention to battery charge.

　　苹果公司员工还给出了其他一些建议，包括检查每个APP的状态、并且注意给电池充电。

　　In addition, if problems persist, users can contact Apple to arrange for a repair.
