China has increased
subsidies4 and credit support for public rental housing in recent years and by the end of 2016, a total of 11.26m families had been homed.
近年来，我国加大了对公租房的资金补助和信贷支持力度，截至2016年年底，共有1126万户家庭住进了公租房。
Lu said that his ministry will work with the national economic planning body and the Ministry of Finance to increase support for the program.
陆克华表示，住建部将配合国家发改委和财政部，加大对公租房项目的支持力度。
Lu asked local governments to lower the threshold for the public housing system and give migrant workers access. Most regions had already done so.
陆克华要求地方政府降低公租房体系门槛，面向外来务工人员出租。大部分地区已落实这一要求。
