3. The Justice Department says it will review its options, now that Switzerland has refused to send Roman Polanski to the US. The movie director has been facing prison time for having sex with a 13-year-old girl in the 1970s. A Los Angeles court spokesman says the warrant remains in effect.

 

4. And police in the Bahamas say the American teen nicknamed the "Barefoot Bandit" will face trial there for weapons possession and other charges. Nineteen-year-old Colton Harris-Moore is also expected to be charged with burglaries committed during his week-long hideout in the Bahamas
