In India, police say there are no more passengers trapped inside the wreckage of a train that crashed in West Bengal state, at least 60 people reported killed in that crash. It's being blamed right now on a moving train that ploughed into another that had stopped. Three coaches flung off the tracks by the force of the impact alone; one of those hit an overpass that was above the tracks.

Less than a day, after BP reports no problems and no leaks with the well as they continue to pressure test it, Admiral Thad Allen now chimes in with a letter to BP talking about a detected seep, a distance from the well, and undetermined anomalies at the well head. Admiral Thad Allen clearly telling BP he wants them to be prepared for any problems, he says when seeps are detected, you are directed to marshal resources, quickly investigate and report findings to the government in no more than four hours.

"Right now these benefits, benefits that are often the person's sole source of income while they are looking for work, are in jeopardy. And I have to say, after years of championing policies that turned a record surplus into a way massive deficit, the same people who didn't have any problems spending hundreds of billions of dollars on tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans are now saying we shouldn't offer relief to middle-class Americans like Jim or Leslie or Denise who really need help."
