Autopsy results that we have from these today are that the bodies of the children show no sign of having undergone violence. We have done, we will be making various other DNA analysis and other types of analysis, and we will give you the news of this. The mother has admitted to having deliberately choked, suffocated the children. But we do need to remember that there is an assumption of innocence, we cannot decide that she is genuinely a murderer until that court case happens, which will take many months.

I'm not trying to get in to any judge's face, but I'm trying to let the public know: we enforced the human struggling, we enforced the employer sanction, we are the only law enforcement agency in this state, blocking up 2,000 the human smuggling, including the co-conspirators. We are the only ones going into the workplace we just did one or couple of days ago. So my point is the minute a law is passed, this sheriff is going to go out and enforce the law, that was my message, not trying to get in the face of a federal judge.

He had to know that he was targeting me. Now whether he was also trying to target the NAACP, he had to know that he was targeting me. And at this point, you know, he hasn't apologized; I don't want it at this point. And he'll definitely hear from me.

And just to follow up on that, there have been reports that you are considering a lawsuit. Have you decided whether you're going to pursue that action?

I will definitely do it.
