MADRID, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Atletico Madrid's Uruguayan striker Diego Forlan admitted this Tuesday that should the right offer come along he would be prepared to leave the club.
Forlan, along with fellow striker Kun Aguero has been vital to the club for the past three seasons, scoring（得分） 66 league goals in his first three campaigns and helping Atletico conquer（战胜,征服） last season's Europa League title.
The 31 year-old has a contract(合同) until the end of 2013 and has already shown his loyalty to the club by rejecting several offers from elsewhere, however, he refuses to say that he will never abandon the Vicente Calderon Stadium.
"If an offer arrives that is good for the club and also good for me then I would listen to it, as we always do, but I am happy at Atletico Madrid," he said.
Forlan said that the misunderstanding had arisen when a previous interview he had given had been badly translated.
