2. A senate candidate in Haiti says former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier is headed to court. Duvalier didn't say anything as he left his hotel in the company of police officers. Since he returned from exile, there have been calls to charge him with atrocities committed during his 15-year rule.

3. Camden, New Jersey is losing about half of its police force. The impoverished city is expected to cut almost 400 government workers including the officers and one-third of the city's firefighters.
