[00:13.79]how they can check their progress.
[00:16.21]I think a good way to see
[00:17.80]if you are learning well is
[00:19.46]to do a self-assessment.
[00:21.78]A self-assessment is often
[00:23.61]in the form of questions,
[00:25.49]for example,what you have learned in this unit,
[00:29.17]what you did well,what you were not clear about
[00:32.27]or didn't understand,etc.
[00:35.02]By answering these questions,
[00:37.19]you can find out what and how you have learned,
[00:40.41]In this way,you can learn more about yourself
[00:43.26]and about your strengths and weaknesses.
[00:46.62]Once you know your strengths,
[00:48.37]you will be more confident
[00:50.17]and once you know your weaknesses,
[00:52.24]you can concentrate on improving them,
[00:55.41]Many textbooks today have a self-assessment page
