[00:28.54]When you try to phone up a company,

[00:39.78]if you have a problme with something esle.
[00:41.74]And it's nver specific to what you want to

[00:49.19]to get through to speak to an actual person
[00:51.22]and it's costing you money all this time.

[01:18.18]and phone up again to actually speak to a human
[01:20.31]So I hate them.
