Three Australians have been named as suspects in the assassination of a senior Hamas member in Dubai. Dubai police have blamed Israel for the death, but Israel says there is no proof it was involved. Another 15 names have been added to the list of suspects, including Adam Korman, Bruce Joshua Daniel and Nicole Sandra McCabe who were apparently travelling on Australian passports. The town of Bundaberg has held a prayer vigil in memory of the school girl Trinity Bates. The eight-year-old was allegedly taken from her parents' home on Monday. Her body was later discovered in a drain. Nineteen-year-old Allyn John Slater has been held in a Brisbane jail after appearing in court, charged with her murder. The British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has apologized to the country's Stolen Generation. An estimated 150,000 children were sent abroad as part of the child migrant scheme between the 1920s and the 1960s. Many of them were abused or used as labors. And the president of Toyota has appeared before a congressional panel in the US. The carmaker is under investigation over a safety crisis which has led to eight million cars being recalled worldwide. Akio Toyoda apologized to US lawmakers for defects as well as to Americans who were involved in accidents. We'll have more news later.
