There's cloud across Queensland and northern New South Wales with a trough and a low causing heavy rain. There's cloud along the New South Wales coast caused by moist onshore winds fading a trough. That might trigger more showers. Monsoonal cloud is also triggering showers in the north. Now looking around the states:
And in Queensland there will be cloud and thundery rain across southern and central parts of the state. Scattered showers and thunderstorms about the tropics.
To New South Wales, rain in the far northeast and heavy over parts of the central and south coast. Rain developing in the west.
In Victoria, partly cloudy in the east with isolated showers developing. Patchy rain also in the west. That'll hit northwest as the day progresses.
