And President Barack Obama has called on the TNC to maintain human rights and avoid retribution.
3. A source tells the AP sex charges will likely be dropped against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. Prosecutors will reportedly meet with Strauss-Kahn's accuser later today. The source says there were doubts about her credibility and not enough physical evidence to support the case.
