Last night, the President unvealled the details of his plan to put more Americans back to work in a speach to both Houses and Congress. Mr.Obama's proposal, the cost of which could top 400 billions of dollars, comes as the nations unemployment rate remain stuck at around 9%. So may folks are eager to hear the President's idea. Here so what he had to say.
The purpose of the American Jobs Act is simple. To put more people back to work and more money in the pockets of those who work. It will creat more jobs for construction worker, more jobs for teachers, more jobs for veterans, and more jobs for long-term unemployment. It will provide.....it will provide a tax rate for companies who hire new worker. And it will cut payroll taxies in half for every working American and every small business. It will provide a jot to the economy that stalled and give companies confidence that they say "invest" and they say "hire". There will be costomers for their products and services.
