2. The head of Connecticut's largest utility says it will get close to its goal of restoring power to 99% of its customers before the day is out. But the governor isn't happy that all the lights are not on a week after a rare October snowstorm. 

 

 

 

3. Occupy Atlanta organizers say they will again try to camp at a city park, risking arrest for a second straight night. Saturday night police arrested 20 people after the protesters spilled onto city streets following a curfew.

 

 

 

4. While Americans move their clocks back an hour overnight, one group in Indiana is pushing for an even bigger time change. The coalition wants the state to move from the Eastern to the Central Time Zone.
