F: You mean am I afraid of failure?

F: we thrive on risks, that will give us great results.

A: taking risks.

Result-oriented(结果导向的,讲求实效的)，manageable, motto(座右铭)
M: wouldn’t you say you are a result-oriented company?
F: yes,definitely, but we don’t bite off more than we can chew.（不贪多）
M: you like to keep your workload manageable .
F: yes,and attainable.(可达到的)
M: The smaller the project (is), the sooner( you see )the result.
F: we like to break down large projects into workable chunks.
M: what about long-range plans?
F: of course, we have them,but our motto is start slow,work small.(不急于求成)
Q: what is Tade associates motto?
A: start slow, work small.
Dialog 3:
Carryover( 可以转用的东西)，reinvent the wheel（重复劳动）, innovator, innovative
M: Is there much carryover from one project to another?
F: unfortunately, no. what works for one company won't work for another.
M: so are you continually reinventing the wheel?
F: not at all, each company has a different problem to solve.
M: which requires a different approach
F: a different approach and a different solution.
M: as an innovator, you must like the challenge.
F: everybody likes to be challenged, we all like to be innovative.
Q:what do we all like to be?
A: challenged and innovative.
