2. After more than 30 years in Congress, Barney Frank won't run for reelection next year. The Democrat says he has planned to seek one term, but he decided against it, partly because the state's new redistricting map include many people he has never represented.

 

 

 

3. Wall Street protesters in Los Angeles and Philadelphia are defying orders to leave their makeshift tents cities. Protesters in LA chanted we won on Monday as police in riot gear left their encampment. They've asked federal judge to bar the city from tearing down their tents. 

 

 

 

4. Three Connecticut men who work at an asset management firm have come forward to claim a 254-million-dollar Powerball jackpot. They say a significant portion of their winnings will go to charity.
