 More than 150,000 bank customers announce suing Australian biggest banks over fees. The Commonwealth bank, Westpac, National Australian Bank, Citibank and ANZ have been sued for nearly $2,000,000. Last week, the Federal Court ruled that late fares on credit card charges charged by the ANZ could be considered excessive. 

 
The takeover of the Australian beer Foster's is complete. United Kingdom listed SAB Miller has announced it's now acquired all of final shares it needed for its 12.3-billion-dollar takeover of the Foster's Group. The company says shareholders will receive that payouts by Wednesday.
 
To the market numbers, at the close of the session in the US, the Dow Jones was lower. On the European markets, the FTSE 100 is down around 14 points. Back home, and the All Ordinaries ended the week 21 points higher. The ASX 200 was also up 19 points. In Asia, the Nikkei is up 24 points. The Hang Seng is 259 points higher. 
 
Checking commodities, and gold is up, oil is down.
