Rescuers have resumed their research of the capitalized  Italian cruise ship.Self-salvage workers are preparing to pump fuel from the ship to prevent environmental disaster.And new recording between crew member and the Italian coast guard has been released.Reportedly,recorded after half an hour,the crew member says the ship has only suffered from power shortage and no emergency.

 

 

At least 7 people including 2 children have died in the suicide bomber attack at Kandahar international airport in southern Afghanistan.8 others were injured in the blast.The bomb was dealt tonight at the airport main gate. The official said the attack was targeted at foreign troops station at the airport. 

 

 

Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd has arrived in Europe for key security and policy talks.Mr.Rudd and his French counterpart have signed an agreement in Paris to  strengthen the bilateral role relations.His trip includes visits to Germany and Brussels where he will be discussing the Euro-zone debt crisis.

 

 

And there has been another shark attack this time in western Australia. A tour guide have been attacked by what's believed to be a three-meter tiger shark while snorkeling at the Carol Bay.
