All right that's what the Republican candidates were doing yesterday. But what about the voters. What happen when they gather for those caucuses? Tom explains how this process works in Iowa.

When the Democrats do with their debate - a real rocks caucus. But the Republican caucuses all around the state are much more -. Step one, show up. Any voters can take part as long as he or she is already a register Republican or really to become one at the door. Step two, listen up. After the pleasurable -, caucus go on speeches from people representing the candidates. They can be from in state or not, big names or small tongue focus. They make a quick pitch for their pick. Step three, maker it up. Pieces of paper are passed out ten days write down the candidates name and ballots of collective. It is more or less secrete vote depending on the formality that caucus site. So it's really more like a high power pool. And yet many political analysts say it really does matter.
