2. The largest single day of voting in the Republican presidential race is two days away, with 419 delegates at stake in ten states. Mitt Romney is in the lead, followed by Rick Santorum. Santorum told Fox News Sunday he could do better if Newt Gingrich or Ron Paul drop out of the race.

 

 

 

3. Exit polls cited by state television say Vladimir Putin has won Russia's presidential election. The opposition and independent observers say it's been marred by widespread violations. 

 

 

 

4. And more than 2000 people took place in a reindeer run in Anchorage. That was a record for the event in which reindeer, celebrities and ordinary folk take part.
