Up to 750 workers of Wellcope New South Wales will lose their jobs as part of a big shakeup the state's trying to work in decades. The state government plans to break the organization into two. All the jobcuts will be middle managing men and workers will be offered voluntary redundencies.
The federal government appears to receive a post-budget bounce in the polls. Labor's primary vote is up to 3 points to 30 percent of the latest news poll. The coalition's vote drop 6 points to 55 percent.
A new research shows many children think their parents are working too much. The Australian Institute of Families saod it examined about 4000 children aged 10 or 11 or they thought about their parents' work habits. It found more than one third of their parents work too much and more than a quarter said ...about their mums. |
