Cloudy is building over southeast Queensland and northeast New South Wales as a trough deepens, low cloud is lingering over southern Victoria, due to moist southeasterly winds, and cloudy is also spreading into western Australia along a trough. Looking around the states in Queensland, showers and storms over the southern interior and most coastal regions south of Bowen, fine and sunny elsewhere.
In New South Wales, isolated showers for the north coast, possibly extending to the northern slopes, mostly sunny elsewhere.
Victoria will see scattered showers over the southern regions and mountain areas close to the coast.
In Tasmania, cloudy in the west and far south, with some isolated showers, it'll be fine elsewhere.
South Australia will see some isolated showers develop west of Falous's Bay and near the coast.
In the west, areas of rain developing along the coast from the V to C and some inland parts, mostly fine in the south.
And for the Top End, a mostly sunny, dry and cool day.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, and rain for Brisbane, showers for Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, fine elsewhere. |
