2. Trial testimony against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky continues today after so-called Victim No.4 describes Sandusky's alleged abuse in locker room showers and hotels. The 28-year-old man says he regrets keeping the abuse a secret, and that others were victimized after him.

 

 

 

3. The White House says Commerce Secretary John Bryson will take medical leave while he undergoes tests and evaluations following a pair of traffic accidents in Los Angeles area Saturday night. Government officials say Bryson had a seizure.

 

 

 

4. And after eight weeks, jurors in the trial against former star baseball pitcher Roger Clemens will hear closing arguments in his perjury trial. Clemens stands accused of lying to Congress about using steroids. The jury is exspected to begin deliberations later Tuesday.
