Bolivia defeats Uruguay 4-1 in Brazil 2014 qualifier LA PAZ, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Bolivia defeated Uruguay 4-1 Tuesday at Hernando Siles stadium in La Paz in the tenth match-day of the South American qualification series for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Xabier Azkargorta's team had a better performance than the previous 1-1 draw with Peru four days ago, which lowered its possibilities to qualify for the World Cup.
Playing with a very solid defense and better order in the middle sector, Bolivia scored through forward Carlos Saucedo at 5, 50, and 55 and by Gualberto Mojica on 27 minutes.
