Ina Drew, the chief investment officer at JPMorgan Chase and one of the top women on Wall Street, resigned today in the wake of the firm’s $2.3 billion in-house trading loss. Drew, 55, who made $14 million last year, offered to resign after the disclosure of the firm’s loss May 10, which could top $4 billion.

　　Yahoo says CEO Scott Thompson has left the company. Thompson has been under fire for more than a week over mentions in his resume and company filings of a computer science degree he did not earn. Yahoo says it is appointing Ross Levinsohn as interim CEO and Fred Amoroso as chairman of its board, effective immediately.

The Hong Kong-listed company said in a statement that Sun replaces Yang Wenjun, who has completed two terms as the chief executive of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Company Ltd., the company’s main operating subsidiary. Yang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board, the statement said.
