A 20-year-old Australian man will be back in an American court tomorrow, charged over the death of a girl in a jet ski crash. Tyson Dagley was riding a jet ski in Honolulu when it crashed into another jet ski, killing the 16-year-old girl. He faces up to a year in jail if he's convicted.
