A disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has been officially stripped of his seven Tour De France titles by the sport's governing body. The International Cycling Union has accepted the findings of the U.S Anti-doping Agency's investigation. Armstrong received a life ban, and UCI president said he no longer had a place in world cycling. Emergency Services have freed a truck driver who crashed into a house in Brisbane's south. Crews had been working for more than four hours after the truck plowed into a home at Annerley. The 38-year-old man has been taken to hospital in a serious condition.
