2. Officials say the Scotts wildfire in northern California's Lincoln County has burned 3,200 acres. The fire started Friday and is only 10% contained. Another fire has consumed 18,000 acres.

 

 

 

3. A wave of attacks targeting security forces in Iraq has left more than 60 people dead and nearly 285 injured. Insurgents struck at least a dozen cities. They gunned down soldiers at an army post and bombed police recruits waiting in line to apply for jobs.

 

 

 

4. And President Barack Obama joked about an issue that doesn't seem to go away. At an Orlando restaurant this weekend he met a young boy born in Hawaii, the president's own birthplace, then asked the boy if he had a birth certificate.
