3. Searchers have found the body of a young Oregon woman who vanished this week. Gresham police say they've arrested a neighbour in the death of the 21-year-old Whitney Heichel.

4. And these people heeded the call to take a flying leap. They base jumped 876 feet off a bridge in west Virginia. The tradition of jumping from the New River Gorge Brige dates back to 1980.
