Despite showing all the right signs of love , it seems patter of  tiny panda paws is just not meant to be for Tiantian and Yangguang  this time around. 

 

Yangguang comes from a good line of breeders .  His father successfully bred 107 cubs and both Edingburg pandas have offsprings of their own to their partners . But it seems this marriage in this occasion is not made in heaven. But the zoo says it simply is a matter of time.It's just 4 months since they arrived at Edingburg zoo on loan for next ten years from China. So it was always a big guess for animals to bond immediately.And with mother nature only allowing panda one season a year to breed and even then only 36 hours to succeed . It's a lot to ask of Edingburg's new arrivals. 

 

They've been around you know approximately 20 mullion years longer than human have. So in that sense of course  they are remarkably successful and the strategy they have evovled is in the wild prehistory has been remarkably get , So when they come up against humans encroaching on that natrual habitat and humans forcing them rather strange captive setting things start to look strange.

 

The pandas are big attraction in Edingburg zoo visitors today say the mother nature should take its course .

 

I guess it's just natrually really you can't force ***.

 

Maybe get them some moisture something you know , my work.

 

The pandas are already big crowded for the zoo , a panda cub would even bigger , but it's not meant to be this year at least.
