  3.O.J.Simpson is back in a Las Vegas courtroom to ask for a new trial on the armed robbery-kidnapping case that sent him to prison in 2008. The former football star is claiming he had a poor legal representation in his first trial.
 
  4.And Barbara Walters annouced on "The View" Monday that she will retire from televsion in the summer of 2014. The 83-year-old Walters has appeared in TV since 1961.
