　　Well, you know what I really wrote this book to kind of take the stress out of entertaining, because I feel so many people intimidate, but you don’t have to cook when your guests are there, so what about preparation, so that’s what this book really about. Not doing stuff when people are there, but doing it beforehand.

　　And this does not look like a bargain dinner party.

　　This is so simple, its’ simple but it’s divine. Yeah I mean we have the shepherd’s pie there, which is sth you should make beforehand which I tell you men will absolutely love, that long..he will just…What is ..love with you…This shepherd pie, I actually make it with beef, and it’s got potato and corn and carrots, I feel it’s like a complete mere in one.

　　And then er we have a soup here which I opt to make soup cause again you can make it beforehand. But what I do here is you can design your own soup, so you pass the tray round you can add cram fresh…..or chili fla..so really jut makes it up and people really like that.
