We all want an America defined by deep and meaningful equality, from civil rights to labor rights, from women's rights to gay rights--from ending discrimination to promoting unionization, to providing help for the most important job there is: caring for our families. 我们都希望能有一个平等的内涵丰富而深刻的美国，这种平等体现在诸多方面：从公民权到劳工权利、从女权到同性恋者的权利、从结束歧视到促进团结、到为我们最重要的工作——关心家人提供帮助。
And we all want to restore America's standing in the world, to end the war in Iraq, and once again lead by the power of our values--and to join with our allies to confront our shared challenges, from poverty and genocide to terrorism and global warming.
