Economy and Labor Ministers from France, Germany, Italy and Spain are meeting to discuss new unemployment measures. The meeting comes as a new report shows the number of people employed in the Euro area flopped to its lowest level in more than seven years. Unemployment in some of the EU southern members is running as high as 27 per cent. 
 
US stocks are open flat as investors continue to question how soon central banks would reign in their stimulus programs. Duties over longevity of monetary policy around the world has unsettled markets recently. Nerve was stretched further this week when the Bank of Japan decided to hold policies steady.
