Negotiators in Geniva worked past midnight on their third and final day of trying to reach a port with Iran on curbing its nuclear program and still failed to come up with a deal,but Iran's foreign minister Muhamud says progress has been made. I think we are all on the same and that's important and that gives us intesiptical forward when we meet again next time.

In the Phillipines officials say they still have no grass about the true extent of the devastation from Friday's typoone,more than 130 people are confirmed dead but the Phillipines President says the death toll is likely to be far higher once rescue cruise can get into the badly damaged areas.BBC's Nick Chires reports.

Hawaii state house of representatives has approved a bill legalizing same sex mariage.Sam Sanders reports the measure will make the state the latest to approve the gay marriage joinning more than a dozen other states.
Gay marriage opponents in Hawaii has restrinning order to prevent the governor from signing gay marriage into law but a judgeral Thirsday that he will wait to hear the challenge to the law only after it passes.Hawaii governor Neal has said he will sign a measure legalizining gay marriage.The house bill still has to go to the senate next week.The debate on both side of the issue,more than 5000 people the pertestify the measure and committee hearing.Earlier this week both chambers of Illinos legislature approved measures legalizing gay marriage,that state governor also says he will sign the bill into law.Sam Sanders,NPR News.
