Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses are without power in some eastern states after the winter storm that hit from the Midwest to New England. Some of the worst problems are in Pennsylvinia where the governor called in the National Guard.

 

President Obama gets a visit from Haiti's president on Thursday. The two will discuss how to help Haiti's long term growth.

 

And the Tokyo Zoo conducted an emergency drill, simulating a gorilla escape. One zoo worker dressed as a gorilla and ran through the zoo before zoo workers, police and firefighters were able to catch him.
