Some 700 exhibitors were present at the fair, which has become one of the most important economic events in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Most foreign companies came from Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Italy, Russia and Germany.

　　The fair also provides opportunities for leaders from the region to hold meetings. For this year, Croatian President Ivo Josipovic came to attend the fair and meet Bakir Izetbegovic, Chairman of Presidency of BiH.

　　A series of conferences, round tables and workshops will be held at the fair to boost trade in the region.
