2. Speaking in Cairo, Secretary of state John Kerry singaled US discontent with Iraq Shiite prime minister Nouri al-Maliki. Kerry said the US wants the Iraqi people to find leadership that's  inclusive and represents all of Iraq.

 

3. Former U.S attorney general Dick Thornburgh is recovering in the Pittsburg  hospital after suffering a mild stroke. His wife said it happened on Saturday and doctors are optimistic about his recovery.
