LMNT是由ABC举办的Making the Band节目中胜出的4位选手组成的乐队组合。他们于2001年11月发布的首支单曲就是这首"Hey Juliet"。这个乐队的名字是根据一份杂志举行的民意测验而决定的，意思分别是“土、风、火和水”。这首hey juliet同时也是最有名的奥林帕斯的广告歌曲，后来北京的花儿乐队还把这歌翻唱为中文版本叫做《我是你的罗密欧》。
