President Barack Obama bringing his plan to deal with the militant situation to the air raids. The President will deliver a prime time address tonight outlining a plan, which could include the use of air power in Iraq and Syria. He'll also ask Congress for the authority to arm moderate Syrian opposition forces.

 

In Mississippi, a man is in police custody suspected of killing his five children and driving across state lines to dispose of their bodies. Timothy Ray Johns of South Carolina was arrested following a DY stop; he is now facing preliminary charges of child neglect. 

 

Powerful storms pounding northwest Missouri. The National Weather Service posted tornado warnings of four counties Tuesday night. The storms downed trees and power lines across the region. At least one tornado sighting was reported.
