Police say a man seen with University of Virginia student HG before she disappeared is now wanted on an arrest warrant, charging him with reckless driving. Charlottesville Police say JM came to the police station Saturday asked for and was provided a lawyer’s name. M reportedly left the station in a car at a highway to speed, endangering other drivers.

 

Kenyans mark the 1-year-anniversary of the westgate mall attack in Nairobi that left 67 dead. Relatives of the dead, survivors and shop owners converged outside the mall and lit candles in memory of those killed.
