The 18-year-old was shot after he stabbed two police officers outside a police station. Mr. Napthine says the Islamic community should not be judged by the actions of one man. 
 
Immigration Minister Scott Morrison heads to Cambodia tomorrow to sign a refugee resettlement deal. Negotiations have been taking place for several months. The deal will see asylum seekers on the route resettled in Cambodia. The UN's High Commissioner for Refugees has condemned the plan accusing Australia of shirking its international obligations.
